Tuning forks · For tension and sleep
Calm your nervous system. Fall asleep faster. Melt the knots.
Four tuned forks. Rest one on a tight shoulder or your chest and feel the tension let go before the tone fades.
The set
Two you feel. Two you hear.
128 Hz and 136.1 Hz weighted forks for knots, jaw and chest. 256 Hz and 384 Hz unweighted forks for the ear and a racing mind. A rubber puck to strike them on, and a cognac leather roll to keep them by the bed.
Where it helps
Tight shoulders. Overstimulated. Wide awake at 3 a.m.
Three moments the set was built for. Most people find theirs in the first week and keep the fork within reach of it.

Why it works
Vibration you feel in the bone, not the room.
A weighted fork struck on the puck swings 128 times a second. Rest the stem on a tight muscle and the vibration travels through bone and tissue to the spot itself. A muscle held tight all day at a screen gets a signal it can't get from a stretch or an app, and it lets go. On the breastbone at lights-out, the 136.1 Hz does the same for the chest.
In the roll
Everything, in one piece of leather.

Why we made it
Tension isn't a mindset. It's a muscle.
Neck up from eight hours at a screen. A jaw clenched through the meeting. A mind that starts running the second the lamp goes off. The apps didn't stick, the bell went dull, and nothing reached the actual muscle. A tuning fork you rest on the body does, in about thirty seconds, with nothing to charge. So we made a very good set, and a leather roll to keep it by the bed.
