What's in the roll

Your first session · four minutes
Strike. Rest. Listen. Sleep.

Watch
Forty seconds. Watch the shoulders drop.

The four forks
Two you feel. Two you hear.

Why it works
Vibration you feel in the bone, not the room.
A weighted fork struck on the puck swings 128 times a second. Rest the stem on a tight muscle and that vibration travels through bone and tissue to the spot itself. It isn't sound in the room; it's a hum inside the body. A muscle held tight for eight hours at a screen gets a signal it can't get from a stretch or an app, and it lets go.
The 136.1 Hz fork on the breastbone does the same at the chest. Rest it there, breathe out with the tone, and the body gets the message the day is over. That's why the first thing people say is "I felt that in my chest."
Where it helps
Tight shoulders. Overstimulated. Wide awake at 3 a.m.

Questions
Straight answers.
I've never held a tuning fork. Where do I start?
Tonight, with the 136.1 Hz and the puck. Strike once, rest the stem on your breastbone, breathe out slowly until the tone fades. Three strikes, about two minutes. The guide that comes with your order walks you through the first four minutes, spot by spot.
What's the difference between weighted and unweighted?
Weighted forks have the round discs on the tips. They vibrate harder and longer, so they go on the body: knots, jaw, chest. You feel them more than you hear them. Unweighted forks are lighter with a cleaner tone, so they go near the ear when your mind won't slow down. The set has two of each.
How fast does it work for sleep?
The 136.1 Hz on the breastbone takes about two minutes: three strikes, slow breath out on each. Most people feel heavier-limbed by the second strike and are yawning by the third. For a neck or shoulder knot, thirty seconds per spot with the 128 Hz.
Does it actually work, or is it placebo?
Strike it, rest it on a tight shoulder, and you'll feel the muscle change under the stem before the tone runs out. That part isn't a belief; it's vibration reaching tissue. Whether the nights add up over two months is what the sixty nights are for. Most people know after the first evening.
Is it safe? Anything I shouldn't do?
It's a piece of tuned aluminum; the stem rests, it doesn't press. Keep the tines away from eyes and off the throat. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or an implant, or are under a doctor's care, ask them before using the weighted forks on the body. Not a toy.
Can I use it on my partner or my kids?
Yes. Rest a weighted fork between the shoulder blades or on a shoulder and let it fade; that's the whole technique. Kids tend to ask for a turn. The adult does the striking.
Why not just play a 136 Hz tone on my phone?
You can. It won't vibrate against your chest, it won't reach a knot, and it lives on the thing keeping you awake.
How long does the tone last?
Twenty to thirty seconds on a weighted fork, a little less on an unweighted one. If it dies in five, something is touching a tine.
Shipping and returns
Standard shipping is $7.99, express is $19.99. Orders ship in 3–5 business days from Miami. You have sixty days from delivery to return the set for a full refund; contact details are in your order email.
Will the forks stay in tune?
Machined aluminum holds its pitch unless it's dented. Strike only on the puck and keep them in the roll and they'll outlast the roll.
