Shipping policy

We ship within the United States from Miami, Florida.

Standard — $7.99. Orders leave us within 5-7 business days, then 3–7 business days in transit with USPS or UPS.

Express — $19.99. Orders leave us within 3–5 business days, then 3-5 business days in transit.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern count from the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, email jkmediabiz@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it or reship.

If the set arrives damaged, or a fork is missing or duplicated, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or the missing piece at no charge.

We ship to PO boxes via USPS. We don't currently ship outside the US, to APO/FPO addresses, or to freight forwarders.

We aren't responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to confirm the address and reship; a second shipping charge applies if the original address was entered incorrectly.
