These terms govern your use of kinghealing's website and your purchase of products from King Healing, operated by King Homes LLC ("King Healing," "we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. The product. We sell a set of four tuning forks, an activator puck, a leather roll and a digital guide. Tuning forks are wellness accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or an implanted device, or are under a doctor's care for any condition, ask your doctor before using weighted forks on the body. Keep the tines away from eyes and off the throat. The set is not a toy and is for use by adults.
2. Orders and payment. All prices are in US dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation, not when you place it; we may cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems, and we'll refund anything you've paid. Sales tax is charged where required.
3. Pricing and promotions. Sale prices, countdowns and compare-at prices apply only for the period shown. We may change prices at any time. A promotion can't be applied to an order already placed.
4. Shipping. See our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave us.
5. Returns and the sixty-night guarantee. See our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: sixty days from delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, no reason required, provided all pieces come back undamaged.
6. The digital guide. The guide PDF is licensed to you for personal use. Don't resell, republish or share it.
7. Your results. How the set feels and what it does for you varies from person to person. We describe the mechanism and what customers tell us; we don't guarantee any particular outcome, which is why the sixty-night guarantee exists.
8. Intellectual property. The site, copy, photographs, guide and the King Healing name are ours or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
9. Reviews and content you submit. If you send us a review, photo or video, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it on our site and in our marketing, and you confirm it's yours and truthful. We don't publish reviews without the reviewer's consent and we don't edit them beyond trimming length.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Before filing anything, email us; almost everything gets solved in one reply.
12. Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.
