Refund policy
Sixty days. Then decide.
Use the set for up to sixty days from the day it's delivered. If the ritual didn't stick, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. You don't need to give a reason.
How it works
- Email jkmediabiz@gmail.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery. We'll reply with a return address. If the return is our error or damage in transit, we pay the return shipping; if you changed your mind, you pay it.
- Pack all four forks, the puck and the leather roll. Normal signs of use are fine; a dented or broken fork is not.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our error.
Damaged or wrong item If the set arrives damaged, or a fork is missing or duplicated, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or the missing piece at no charge.
Exchanges We sell one set, so there's nothing to exchange to. If yours is faulty we replace it.
Shipping policy (paste)
We ship within the United States from Miami, Florida.
- Standard — $7.99. Orders leave us within 3–5 business days, then carrier transit.
- Express — $19.99. Orders leave us within 3–5 business days, then expedited carrier transit.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, email jkmediabiz@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
We don't currently ship outside the US.
